An informal review, which is not certified via signature. The utmost care is still given to these reviews but it does not hold the same weight as certification might.

Mail delivery of various types - from letter to item - certified and insured for safety. Cost is determined by expedience, level of risk, and manner of document / item submitted for service.

The documentation of a certified letter or memo. This differs from a contract in that their is no formal consideration, but rather an exchange of ideas, plans, inquiries, etc. Often used to deliver formal business, family, or guild decisions and inquiries on behalf of a stakeholder.

FACTION NEUTRALITY PERMIT.

Certification of faction neutrality; often between Horde and Alliance, but can be penned for official neutrality of any nation, organization, or group and another.
NOTE: Actions taken under the certification of this permit in conflict of neutrality shall not be the responsibility of Rosevale Signatories or their affiliates.

NAME CHANGE ORDER.
Cost: 35 Gold

To document the formal change of name - first, middle, surname, title, etc. - within the kingdom or nation of choosing. Can be used in combination of such documents as guild / business ownerships, marriage certifications, land ownership deeds, etc.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.

A contract between two or more parties regarding the official declaration of marriage. Evidence of marriage can be formally co-signed for recognition by organizations such as kingdom, territory, admiralty, and church.

LAND OWNERSHIP DEED.

A deed to designate official lordship (or other appropriate title) over a withholding of land / territory. Recognized under an umbrella kingdom of authority.

The official documentation of ownership of a facility, building, ship, or other construction (other than land). Recognized under and umbrella kingdom of authority or an affiliate land.

LIVING WILL / LAST WILL & TESTAMENT.

The declaration of the passing of ownership of belongings, land, title, business, guild, etc. upon the death of the named party to a co-named party or organization. Also used to name responsibility of decision in the event that the named party falls ill and is decided unable to do so.

About

Rosevale is a house of bartered strength; it owes its lineage to trade & dealings within greater powers. Those who claim the name do so under the precedence of hard work & self success. They are commonly hired for dealings of the written word: contracts. From simple business dealings, to marriage, to law, the individuals who work under the Rosevale banner provide verbiage where common word fails. In polite society, language is key - & the Rosevale command it like breathing.

HOUSE SUMMARY
The Rosevale is a small house, often bolstered in numbers by their connection to outside, larger houses. Only a handful of ‘true’ Rosevales claim the name itself, with a majority of those under their banner doing so by employment alone.Converse to usual elven nobility, the Rosevale have been known to impart their name upon their most accomplished employees, rather than relying on blood alone. By the same token, they have stricken a fair number of blood relatives from their formal family tree for improper behaviour, or failure. This practice keeps a high level of fidelity & achievement in their ranks, as elevation to - or falling from - nobility is a constant presence. When one owns some of the most respected records in society it’s as easy as a flourish of the pen, after all.Their heraldry is a single, crimson rose on a field of sable & gold. Oftentimes they can be distinguished by a brooch of a golden rose pinned upon a lapel or cuff. Their colors are black & gold with flourishes of dark red.

TERMS OF SERVICE
All services undertaken by Rosevale Signatories and their named designees (hereafter "Rosevale") for the client(s) are subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS shall be considered accepted between Rosevale and the client(s) at the time of accepted commission, formalized via exchange of consideration in the form agreed, bilaterally, as the value (gold, traded service, promissory note, etc.).1. Use. All services shall be for Personal Use by the named client(s) only. Services and deliverables provided in relation to states services may be used for personal purposes only, unless specifically stated for use otherwise.Certified documentation shall be specifically stated upon the deliverable documentation, as notarized by Rosevale Signatories.2. Legal Authority. The regulations, law, and rule of the issuing Kingdom shall be in effect upon all deliverables provided in relation to the stated services. The Kingdom of Authority shall be the Kingdom of Quel'thalas or the Kingdom of Stormwind, as directed by the deliverable's Kingdom of Origin or the client(s) lawful Kingdom of residence, as applicable.In the event of conflicting language, the regulations, law, and rule of the courts of the Kingdom of Origin shall take precendence.3. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Rosevale or their named designees be held liable for any damages (personal or non-personal) caused by non-adherence of the organizations outside the Kingdom of Authority in response to submission of the deliverables provided in relation to the stated services.Should faction neutrality fail under any circumstance, Rosevale reserves the right to nullify under singular authority any arrangements formalized as consideration to protect themselves and their named designees.4. Payment & Delivery. Payment shall be recognized as such value (gold, traded service, promissory note, etc.) stated and agreed upon bilaterally between Rosevale and the client(s) before acceptance of order. In the event of client failure of payment, Rosevale reserves the right to; A) Immediately stop work on any service and / or deliverable, and B) Revert all unpaid value to a collection service or agency of their unilateral choosing, as deemed appropriate and equal to the level of effort and risk undertaken.Delivery shall be stated and agreed upon bilaterally between Rosevale and the client(s) before acceptance of order. A request to change method or time of delivery by the client(s) shall be submitted to Rosevale no later than 72 hours before promised delivery date via writing, and is subject to approval by Rosevale before formalization of the change in terms.5. Use of Arcana. The use of Arcane Magic may be utilized in the creation, review, and / or delivery of the deliverable. This usage may include Conjuration, Divination, Enchantment, and Transmutation, as applicable. In no event shall other schools of magic be utilized, unless agreed upon bilaterally between Rosevale and the client(s).
